• We deliver to all 24 governorates across Tunisia.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation phone call or SMS from our customer service team before your order is dispatched to verify your address and availability.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Greater Tunis Area (Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba): 24 to 48 hours.

• Other Governorates: 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unexpected weather conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

• Standard shipping within Tunisia is fixed at [Insert Amount, e.g., 7 TND].

• We offer Free Shipping on orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., 100 TND].

5. Payment Methods on Delivery

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You will pay the courier agent in cash upon receiving your package.

• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready if possible. You have the right to inspect the external packaging before making the payment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If you receive your package damaged, please report it immediately to the courier agent or contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you with an exchange.
