1. Returns

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

  • We do not offer cash or card refunds.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, if it is approved, you will receive store credit (a discount voucher) equal to the value of the product to use on your next purchase, or you can exchange it for another item.

3. Shipping & Delivery Fees

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
